About Colin Kellam

Colin Kellam is a British potter known for his distinctive ceramics and sculptural works. After studying at Loughborough College, he worked with Marianne de Trey at Shinners Bridge Pottery (1960–1967), refining his craft while developing his unique style. In 1968, he founded his pottery at the Lion Brewery in Totnes, where he continues to produce a wide range of functional and decorative pieces. His work, including large platters and sought-after animal sculptures, showcases intricate designs and masterful craftsmanship.
